Welcome to EzyOrk Call. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using EzyOrk Call, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app, website, or related services.
These Terms explain the rules for using our website, mobile application, call-handler features, caller ID tools, voice-message inbox, credits, payments, and all related products offered by Ezy-Ork AI.
1. About EzyOrk Call
EzyOrk Call is a call assistant, caller ID, call-handler, and voice-message management app built by Ezy-Ork AI. The app may help users manage missed, busy, unanswered, unreachable, and unknown calls through supported call-forwarding and call-handler features.
EzyOrk Call is designed to make call handling simple. Users can enable Call Handler from the app, manage different rules such as Busy, Not Answered, Unreachable, and Unknown Caller, and check received voice messages in one place. The app may also include caller ID, contact-based lookup, spam reporting, call records, credit-based recording unlock, and guided setup for permissions, default phone app, SIM selection, and call-forwarding activation.
Some features may be available in early access, beta, testing mode, or limited release. Features may change, improve, pause, or be removed based on technical, business, legal, or operational reasons.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for using the app lawfully and correctly. You must not use EzyOrk Call for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal recording, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable law.
You are responsible for enabling and disabling Call Handler from the app. Call forwarding is a carrier-side feature, and in some cases it may remain active even if the app is uninstalled. Before uninstalling the app, logging out, or deleting your account, you should turn off Call Handler from the app and verify call forwarding settings on your SIM if needed.
By using EzyOrk Call, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
- You agree to follow these Terms.
- You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.
- You understand that some features may require permissions, call forwarding setup, internet access, SIM/network support, or third-party service availability.
If you are using EzyOrk Call on behalf of a business, organization, or another person, you confirm that you have permission to do so.
3. Eligibility
To use EzyOrk Call, you must be legally allowed to use mobile applications and communication services in your location. If you are under the age required by applicable law, you should use the app only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of EzyOrk Call follows all applicable laws, telecom rules, device rules, platform rules, and operator policies.
4. User Account and Verification
Some features of EzyOrk Call may require mobile number verification, login, signup, or account creation. Verification may be done using methods such as missed-call verification, SMS OTP, or any other verification method supported by the app.
You agree to provide accurate information during signup or verification. You must not use someone else’s mobile number, identity, or account without permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, device, and login access. If you believe that your account has been used without permission, you should contact us as soon as possible.
5. App Permissions
EzyOrk Call may request permissions such as Phone, Contacts, Call Logs, Notifications, Microphone, and Default Phone App role where required. These permissions are used only to provide app features such as calling, caller ID, contact matching, call-handler setup, recording inbox, notifications, and call management.
If you deny required permissions, some features may not work properly. Permissions may include, but are not limited to:
- Contacts permission
- Phone/call permission
- Microphone permission
- Notification permission
- Internet permission
- Call log or caller identification related permissions, where applicable
- Overlay or default dialer/caller ID related permissions, where applicable
These permissions are used only to provide app features such as voice calling, caller identification, spam protection, call handling, notifications, and other related services.
Some features may not work properly if required permissions are denied.
6. Voice Calling Feature
EzyOrk Call may allow users to make calls using voice commands or simplified calling tools. This feature may use your contacts and microphone permission to identify contact names and assist with call placement.
EzyOrk Call does not guarantee that voice recognition will always be accurate. Contact names, pronunciation, language, network, device performance, background noise, and permission settings may affect the performance of the voice calling feature.
You are responsible for confirming the correct contact or number before placing a call.
7. Caller ID and Spam Protection
EzyOrk Call may provide caller identification, unknown number information, spam risk alerts, suspicious call alerts, or caller-related information where available.
Caller ID and spam protection results may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. A number marked as unknown, spam, suspicious, or safe may not always reflect the actual identity or intention of the caller.
You should not rely only on EzyOrk Call for making important safety, financial, legal, or emergency decisions. Always use your own judgment before answering, ignoring, blocking, or calling back a number.
8. Call Handler and Carrier Dependency
Call Handler may depend on mobile carrier call-forwarding services. Carrier behavior may vary based on SIM, network provider, device, location, plan, and carrier rules.
EzyOrk does not guarantee that every call will be forwarded, answered, recorded, or delivered successfully. Network failure, carrier issues, device restrictions, wrong SIM selection, permission denial, or unsupported carrier behavior may affect the service.
EzyOrk Call Handler is designed to help users manage missed, busy, unreachable, or unknown calls. If enabled and properly configured, the Call Handler may allow callers to leave a short voice message when the user is not available or does not answer.
9. Default Phone App
Some Call Handler setup features may require EzyOrk to temporarily become the default phone app. Users may switch back to their preferred phone app after setup if supported by Android and the device. Normal calls should continue to work, but device and Android behavior may vary.
10. Call Forwarding
Some Call Handler features may require users to enable conditional call forwarding for missed calls, busy calls, unreachable calls, or other call conditions. The app may provide setup guidance, but the actual call forwarding service is controlled by the user’s telecom operator and device settings.
You are responsible for enabling, disabling, checking, and managing call forwarding on your number. Call forwarding codes and settings may vary by operator, region, SIM type, and device.
EzyOrk Call is not responsible for telecom charges, forwarding failures, operator restrictions, or changes made by your telecom provider.
10. Voice Messages and Recordings
When Call Handler is enabled, callers may be able to leave short voice messages. These messages may be recorded and made available to the intended user inside the EzyOrk Call app.
EzyOrk Call does not record normal answered calls by default. Call Handler recordings are intended only for calls that are forwarded to the Call Handler system and where the caller leaves a message after hearing a greeting or instruction.
By using Call Handler, you understand that callers may leave voice messages and those messages may be stored, processed, and displayed inside the app.
You must not use EzyOrk Call to illegally record, monitor, intercept, or misuse communications.
11. User Responsibility for Recordings
Users are responsible for how they use, store, share, delete, or act upon recordings available inside the app. You should not share recordings in a way that violates privacy, law, rights of others, or platform policies.
If you receive a recording that contains harmful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, illegal, or sensitive content, you should use caution and report/block the number where appropriate.
EzyOrk Call may provide options such as delete, mark as listened, mark as spam, block, or call back. These tools are provided for user convenience and control.
12. Credits and Paid Features
EzyOrk Call may use credits for unlocking recordings or accessing paid features. Credits may be purchased through supported payment methods such as Razorpay or other supported services. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless EzyOrk specifically allows it.
Some features of EzyOrk Call may be free, limited, paid, credit-based, subscription-based, ad-supported, or available through feature packs. Pricing, packs, credits, benefits, limits, and availability may change from time to time. Any paid purchase will be shown before payment.
Possible plans may include recording packs, monthly credits, ad unlocks, or premium features. Ezy-Ork AI reserves the right to modify, pause, discontinue, or update pricing and plans.
Payments, refunds, billing, taxes, and payment gateway processing may depend on the payment method, platform, gateway, and applicable laws.
13. Ads and Rewarded Unlocks
EzyOrk Call may show ads in some parts of the app. Some features may allow users to watch ads to earn credits or unlock content.
Rewarded ads may not always be available. Ad availability depends on ad networks, location, device, internet connection, advertiser demand, and other technical factors.
We do not guarantee that watching an ad will always be possible or that the same reward value will always remain available.
Users should not misuse ad systems, use bots, fake views, or attempt to manipulate rewards. Any suspicious activity may lead to credit removal or account restriction.
14. APK Download and Installation
If EzyOrk Call is provided through APK download, users are responsible for downloading it only from official Ezy-Ork AI links or trusted sources provided by us.
Installing APK files may require allowing installation from unknown sources on Android. Users should be careful and should not download modified, fake, or unofficial versions of the app.
Ezy-Ork AI is not responsible for harm caused by unofficial APKs, modified app versions, third-party copies, or fake downloads not provided by us.
15. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use EzyOrk Call for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
You must not use EzyOrk Call to:
- Commit fraud or support fraudulent activity
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or stalk any person
- Record or share communications illegally
- Impersonate another person or business
- Misuse caller ID or call information
- Send spam, bulk abuse, or unwanted communications
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or damage the app or servers
- Bypass security, credits, payments, ads, or usage limits
- Upload or share harmful, illegal, or offensive content
- Use the app for telemarketing, spam calling, or illegal calling activity without required permissions and compliance
If we detect misuse, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate access.
16. Service Availability
EzyOrk Call depends on multiple systems, including mobile devices, internet, telecom operators, cloud servers, call forwarding, telephony providers, app permissions, notification services, and third-party platforms.
Because of this, we do not guarantee that the app or any feature will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device/operator.
Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, network problems, provider issues, updates, legal requirements, or other reasons beyond our control.
17. Accuracy of Information
Caller ID, spam protection, call labels, call records, notifications, and other information shown inside the app may sometimes be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.
EzyOrk Call is designed to assist users, but it should not be treated as a final or guaranteed source of truth about any caller or number.
Users should always use their own judgment and caution when interacting with unknown numbers.
18. Privacy
Your use of EzyOrk Call is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information related to users, app usage, call features, permissions, recordings, payments, and other data.
By using EzyOrk Call, you agree that we may collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, please do not use the app.
19. Third-Party Services
EzyOrk Call may depend on third-party services such as telecom operators, cloud telephony providers, payment gateways, ad networks, analytics tools, notification services, hosting providers, OTP providers, and app distribution platforms.
We are not responsible for failures, delays, errors, pricing changes, policy changes, or restrictions caused by third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ezy-Ork AI, EzyOrk Call, its founder, team members, partners, or service providers will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial loss arising from the use or inability to use the app.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Missed calls
- Failed call forwarding
- Lost recordings
- Incorrect caller ID
- Spam detection errors
- Payment issues caused by third-party gateways
- Network failures
- Device compatibility issues
- Loss of business, revenue, data, or opportunity
- Any action taken by the user based on app information
EzyOrk Call is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
21. No Emergency Service Guarantee
EzyOrk Call should not be used as a replacement for emergency services. We do not guarantee that calls, call forwarding, notifications, recordings, or messages will work during emergencies.
For emergency situations, users should directly contact official emergency numbers or local authorities.
22. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to EzyOrk Call if we believe that:
- You violated these Terms
- You misused the app
- You used the app for illegal or harmful activity
- You attempted to bypass payment, credit, ad, or security systems
- Your use creates risk for other users, our systems, or third-party providers
- We are required to do so by law, platform rules, telecom rules, or service provider policies
You may also stop using the app at any time.
23. Changes to Features and Terms
Ezy-Ork AI may update, modify, add, remove, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms & Conditions when required.
If major changes are made, we may notify users through the website, app, email, or other reasonable methods.
Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
24. Intellectual Property
EzyOrk Call, Ezy-Ork AI, logos, brand name, app design, content, features, graphics, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Ezy-Ork AI.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the app or brand without written permission.
25. Feedback and Suggestions
If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feature requests, you allow us to use them to improve EzyOrk Call without any obligation to pay you or provide credit.
We appreciate user feedback and may use it to improve future versions of the app.
26. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes will be handled according to applicable legal procedures and jurisdiction as decided by Ezy-Ork AI, subject to applicable law.
