Rules and conditions for using EzyOrk and related services

By downloading, installing, accessing or using EzyOrk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app, the website or the related services.

These Terms cover our website, our mobile app and the features provided by Ezy-Ork AI.

1. About EzyOrk

EzyOrk is a free communication app built by Ezy-Ork AI for Android. It includes Text messaging (end-to-end encrypted), Text Call (a live, text-based call; it is not end-to-end encrypted), Calls history, Number Lookup, Text Call by Voice, and starting a normal phone call through your phone's calling service.

Features can change, be paused or be removed as the product improves.

2. Your Responsibility

Use EzyOrk lawfully and correctly. You must not use it for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal activity or pretending to be someone else. You are responsible for keeping your device, SIM and account safe, and for telling us quickly if you think someone has used your account.

You confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you will use the app only for lawful purposes. Some features need permissions, internet access or a compatible device. If you use EzyOrk for a business or another person, you confirm that you have the right to do so.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use EzyOrk. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You must also be legally allowed to use mobile applications and communication services where you live, and you are responsible for following the laws, telecom rules and operator rules that apply to your use.

4. Account and Verification

EzyOrk needs your phone number, which we verify with a code sent by message. Give accurate information and do not use someone else's number or identity. Keep your account safe.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.

5. App Permissions

EzyOrk may ask for Contacts, Phone, Microphone and Notifications permissions, and uses them only for features such as Text, Text Call, Number Lookup, voice commands, notifications and starting normal phone calls, and only if you allow them. If you say no, some features may not work.

How a feature works can also depend on your device, operating system, SIM, operator, network and battery settings, which we do not control.

6. Text Call and Text Call by Voice

Text Call is a live, text-based communication that feels like a call and is useful when speaking aloud is not convenient. Text Call is not end-to-end encrypted (see the Privacy Policy).

Text Call by Voice can start a Text Call from a voice command; it does not make the conversation a voice call, and we do not promise that every command will be understood.

7. Number Lookup

When a number is not saved on your phone, Number Lookup can show a name for it (shown as an "Alias") and, for an EzyOrk user, their profile photo and About. These details can be wrong, old or incomplete, and may not show who a caller really is.

Do not rely on them for important safety, financial, legal or emergency decisions, and use your own judgment before you answer, ignore, block or call back a number. You can report or block a person inside the app.

8. Contacts You Share

If you keep contacts sync on (the checkbox shown when you create your account), the names and numbers of your contacts are sent to EzyOrk and used as described in the Privacy Policy. Share only contacts that you are allowed to share. You can turn it off at any time (Privacy Policy, section 3).

9. Your Content and Conduct

You are responsible for what you send and for how you use what you receive. Do not misuse, illegally share or spread anything that breaks the law or the privacy or rights of other people.

If something looks harmful, abusive, fraudulent or suspicious, use the report and block options in the app.

10. Free Service

EzyOrk is free. It has no ads and does not sell credits or paid features. If paid features are ever added, they will be shown clearly before any payment, and these Terms will be updated first.

11. Official Installation

Install and update EzyOrk only from the official Google Play listing. Avoid copied download links and modified versions: they can be unsafe or different from the real app.

Ezy-Ork AI is not responsible for harm, data loss or security problems caused by fake, modified or unofficial versions.

12. Prohibited Uses

You must not use EzyOrk to:

• Commit or support fraud
• Harass, threaten, abuse or stalk anyone
• Record or share communications illegally
• Impersonate a person or a business
• Misuse Number Lookup or other people's information
• Send spam or unwanted messages
• Try to hack, reverse engineer or damage the app or our services
• Bypass security or usage limits
• Share harmful, illegal or offensive content
• Use the app for illegal calling or telemarketing

If we suspect misuse, we may suspend, limit or end your access, or take other reasonable steps to protect users and our services.

13. Service Availability

EzyOrk depends on devices, the internet, mobile operators, cloud services, permissions, notification services and other parties. We do not promise that the app or any feature will always be available, error free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device or operator.

Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, network problems, updates, legal requirements or other reasons outside our control. Ezy-Ork AI is not responsible for failures or limits caused by those parties.

14. Accuracy of Information

Names, Number Lookup results, notifications and other information shown in the app can be late, incomplete, wrong or missing. Use your own judgment and take care with unknown numbers.

15. Privacy

Your use of EzyOrk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the app.

16. Consent and Acceptance

By using the website or the app or by creating an account, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms.

17. Third-Party Services

EzyOrk relies on other providers, for example cloud hosting, message and notification providers, and the app store. We are not responsible for their delays, errors, changes or limits. Their own terms may also apply to you.

18. Limitation of Liability

As far as the law allows, Ezy-Ork AI, EzyOrk, its founder, team, partners and service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss from using or not being able to use the app. This includes unavailable or delayed features, loss of saved app content, wrong Number Lookup results, network failures, device problems, and loss of business, revenue, data or opportunity, and anything you do based on information in the app.

EzyOrk is provided "as is" and "as available".

19. No Emergency Service

EzyOrk is not a replacement for emergency services. We do not promise that features or notifications will work in an emergency. In an emergency, contact the official emergency numbers or the local authorities directly.

20. Suspension or Ending of Access

We may suspend, limit or end your access if we believe that you broke these Terms, misused the app, used it for illegal or harmful activity, tried to bypass security, created risk for other users or our systems, or if the law or a platform requires it.

You may stop using EzyOrk and delete your account at any time.

21. Changes to Features and Terms

Ezy-Ork AI may add, change, pause or remove features and may update these Terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app, on the website or by email. Using EzyOrk after a change means you accept it.

22. Intellectual Property

EzyOrk, Ezy-Ork AI, the logos, brand name, app design, content, features, graphics, software and related material are owned by or licensed to Ezy-Ork AI. Do not copy, change, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or misuse any part of the app or the brand without written permission.

23. Feedback

If you send feedback, ideas, bug reports or feature requests, you allow us to use them to improve EzyOrk without paying you or giving credit.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless the law requires otherwise. A dispute about EzyOrk, the website or these Terms will be handled by the courts or authorities with the right jurisdiction in India, unless the law requires a different forum.
