This Privacy Policy applies to EzyOrk Call, including the mobile application, website, call-handler features, caller ID tools, voice-message inbox, credits, payments, and related services provided by Ezy-Ork AI.
By using EzyOrk Call, you agree that we may collect and process information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or related services.
1. Information We May Collect
EzyOrk Call may collect or process the following information depending on the features you use and the permissions you allow:

- Call logs, if permission is allowed
- Caller numbers and call-related metadata
- Caller ID and lookup data
- Call Handler settings and forwarding configuration
- Spam reports submitted by users

- Provide caller ID and contact matching
- Show call records and call-handler messages
- Sync Call Handler settings with the server
- Deliver voice message recordings to the correct user

We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to operating and improving EzyOrk Call without appropriate notice where required by law.
3. Call Recordings
When Call Handler is active and a caller leaves a message, the recording may be stored on EzyOrk servers so the correct user can listen to it inside the app.
Call-handler recordings are intended only for calls that are forwarded to the Call Handler system and where the caller leaves a message after hearing a greeting or instruction. EzyOrk Call does not record normal answered calls by default through Call Handler.
Call-handler recordings may be automatically deleted after the retention period set by EzyOrk. Some local downloaded copies may remain inside the app until the user deletes them or clears app data.
You must not use EzyOrk Call to illegally record, monitor, intercept, or misuse communications.
4. Contacts and Caller ID
If you allow contacts permission, EzyOrk may use contact names and numbers to improve caller identification and lookup features. Contact data is used for app functionality and caller matching.
Caller ID and lookup results may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Users should use their own judgment before answering, ignoring, blocking, or calling back a number.
5. Spam Reports
If you report a number as spam, that report may be stored and used to improve spam detection and caller safety. Spam report data may remain even if individual call recordings are deleted.
Spam-related information may be used to improve future spam decisions for you and other users, subject to applicable law and our internal policies.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay or other supported services. EzyOrk may store payment status, order ID, credit transaction details, and verification data needed to deliver purchased credits or paid features.
We do not store full card details, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider according to their own security standards and policies.

7. Data Sharing
EzyOrk does not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers when required to operate the app, process payments, host backend services, provide telephony or cloud infrastructure, deliver notifications, provide support, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

- Payment gateway providers
- Telecom or call-handling infrastructure providers

However, no digital system is 100% secure. Users should also keep their phone, SIM, account login, and device secure. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible.

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide app features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.
Retention periods may vary by data type. For example, call-handler recordings, spam reports, payment records, and account information may be retained for different durations based on business needs and legal requirements.
10. User Choices
Users can:
- Deny permissions that are not required for basic use
- Disable Call Handler and related features
- Delete downloaded recordings inside the app where supported
- Turn off notifications where device settings allow
- Contact support for account and data-related requests
- Stop using the app at any time
If you deny required permissions, some features may not work properly. Before uninstalling the app, you should turn off Call Handler from the app because call forwarding may remain active on some carriers.
11. Children
EzyOrk Call is not intended for children who are not legally allowed to use such services. Users should use the app in compliance with applicable law. If you are under the age required by applicable law, you should use the app only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
12. International Users
EzyOrk Call is primarily built for users in India, but access may vary by region, device, carrier, and legal requirements. If you use the app from outside India, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If major changes are made, we may notify users through the website, app, email, or other reasonable methods.
